SRE has been successfully completed Stage 2 Audit for compliance with IRATA’s Membership Requirements

On December 04th 2023, Southern Renewable and Green Energy Company Limited (SRE) has been successfully finished its IRATA stage 2 audit, temporary become the 1st local Training Membership Company(TMC) in Vietnam. This is key milestone contributing an important part to the development of IRATA rope access labor force in Vietnam.
IRATA is an acronym for the Industrial Rope Access Trade Association, that was formed in the UK in the late 1980’s, to solve maintenance challenges in the offshore oil and gas industry. Its formation was the result of an initiative of a number of leading companies, who had begun to use industrial rope access techniques, to provide a safe working environment for the industry.
The rope access technique developed by IRATA is used in a wide range of repair, maintenance, inspection and access work, such as:
• Windfarms
• Offshore drilling rigs
• Overhead lines, towers
• Chimney
• Ships, big boats
• Columns, pillars
• Paint high-rise buildings
• Repair, construction, and installation of high-rise buildings
• Cleaning glass of high-rise buildings…
Based on the thorough training and strict work instructions that SRE commits to provide to its participants, SRE’s desire is to promote and maintain high standards, safety, work quality and working practices for the rope access community in Vietnam. We dedicate to improve the best practice of Vietnamese individuals working in rope access industry and increase the awareness of the safety for the Vietnamese rope access work force.
